PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN MARKLE ENGAGEMENT PHOTOCALL

This morning, on 27th November at 10am local time, The Prince of Wales officially announced that Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle are engaged. I have written an article where you can find all the details.

The two have been in a relationship since June 2016. They now plan to marry in Spring 2018.

The photocall was held at 2pm local time in the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace, one of Princess Diana's favorite places. The day before her death 20th anniversary, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry visited that garden to pay tribute to her life and work.

The Ring is by Cleave and Company. The Prince designed the ring with one stone from Botswana and two diamonds from Diana's personal collection. As Gert's Royal said, I like to think Meghan's white coat was a tribute to Princess Diana as well. The Kensington Palace Sunken Garden was turned into a special White Garden exhibit earlier this year to mark the 20th anniversary of her death.

One of the royal reporters asked the couple: "How are you both feeling?". Harry replied: "Thrilled, very glad it's not raining as well" and Meghan added: "So happy, thank you".

Then, another royal reporter asked: "Tell us, how did you propose?" and Harry replied: "That will come later." The engagement interviwe will be conducted by BBC presenter Mishal Husain and will be air on the BBC at 6pm local time.

Again, the reporter asked: "when did you know she was the one?". "The very first time we met," Harry replied.
