The Duchess of Cambridge visited Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London. It was a special engagement because it was the one that she was forced to cancel because of hyperemesis gravidarum last September. The one that led to the announcement of her third pregnancy.

Hornsey Road Children's Centre provides vital mental health support to parents and offers antenatal and postnatal services, a nursery and playgroups.

The Duchess had a tour of the facilities that the Center uses to support local parents and young children. She also chatted to families in the nursery who had benefitted from Hornsey Road Children's Centre's support.

Perinatal health services are delivered at the Centre by Family Action, one of Queen Elizabeth's patronages. That is why I suppose Catherine will probably take this patronage over in the future.
