The Cambridges will undertake a 5-day-long official tour to Poland and Germany between 17th and 21st July. Unexpectedly, Prince George and Princess Charlotte will travel with them.

The official statement reports: "[The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge], have decided that their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will travel with them and we expect the children to seen on at least a couple of occasions over the course of the week."

The Cambridges will arrive in Warsaw, Poland, at midday. President Andrzej Duda and his wife Agata Kornhauser will officially welcome them in Poland.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit Warsaw Rising Museum, built in memory of the operation by Police resistance Home Army to liberate the city from German occupation before Soviet Army arrived in 1944.

Then, they will visit Warsaw Spire Building, where they will meet young Polish entrepreneurs and will mark the beginning of a 'Warsaw-London Bridge' which helps small Polish businesses to collaborate and do business with the city of London.
In the evening, they will attend a dinner organized by the British Ambassador at Lazienki Park.

Il secondo giorno, la coppia reale si recherà al campo di concentramento nazista di Stutthof, il primo campo costruito al di fuori dei confini tedeschi e uno degli ultimi ad essere liberati dalle armate russe.
Successivamente, si sposteranno a Gdansk, dove visiteranno il teatro Shakespeariano, di cui il Principe Carlo è patrono, ed il Centro Europeo di Solidarnosc.
